Monday, 9 January 2012 – The Chairman of Brunei Darussalam Accounting Standards Council (ASC), YM Puan Hajah Ning-Lela Binti Dato Paduka Haji Mohamad and other Council members attended the one day seminar delivered by Mr. Wayne Upton who is the Director of IASB International Activities. Among the distinguished guests who attended were government officials, auditors, academics, banks and insurance representative in Brunei Darussalam. The focused of the seminar was to highlight on the current accounting standards issues and development of IFRS.
