Registration and Supervision of International Business Companies (IBCs), Registered Agents & Licensed Trust Companies and Limited Partnerships;

Licensing and Supervision of Securities and Mutual Funds;

Assemble guidelines and codes of conduct for all classes of licences and products;

Facilitate the development of new products including Syari'ah compliant products;

Work directly with law firms, accounting firms, trust companies and other Ministries & Government Departments in marketing & promotion activities and other related areas.
