The Royal Customs and Excise Department (RCED) has moved step ahead by introducing its VISION, MISSION and STRATEGIC GOAL as the basic of its direction. This is in support of and to promote the development of its Departmental Services. It was launched on 29th April 2006 at the Kyoto Hall, RCED Headquarters building.
