Saturday 26 November 2011-The Ministry of Finance organised a certificate presentation ceremony for 24 retired officers and personnel as an appreciation for their services at the ministry. In attendance to hand over the certificates was the guest of honour, Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Setia Dato Seri Setia Awang Hj Abd Rahman bin Hj Ibrahim, the Minister of Finance II at the Prime Minister’s Office. Among those who attended the event were Permanent Secretaries, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Head of Departments, Directors and senior officials from the ministry and its departments. This event hopes to strengthen ties between the retirees and those who are still in service.
